Software of Seagulls Livestream concert

Here's the replay version of a concert I performed for UQ School of Music's Art Museum concert series. It features a piece I wrote in 2012 called "On Rainy Days Be In The Rain, On Windy Days Be In The Wind", for guitar, electronics, and 5 guitar amps. Here's something I posted about it ahead of the gig:

It explores various configurations of rhythmic delays of the same signal through the 5 amps. Some of the delays are super long and need to be very precise, so they’re created using custom Max for Live devices. The longest delay time is 2 minutes...
Playing through it is a wonderful training ground for restraint, as every little sound you make seems to stick around in the air forever.
When I’ve performed this in the past, I’ve deliberately used guitar amps of varying shapes and sizes, and scattered them about the room. Unfortunately for today’s livestream concert this is all happening virtually inside Ableton. So, a loss for truly spatialised music, but a win for my back, as I won’t be shifting any Marshalls today.

There is a also a few more beat-driven electronic pieces that follow, for which I use the Ableton Push Instrument.

As is the nature of livestreams, there's a bit of talking and guff beforehand, so here's some time-coded links to help you get to the good stuff:

7:10: On Rainy Days Be In The Rain, On Windy Days Be In The Wind

31:51: What Was Thrown Out

37:47: Inner Bender
